Service
Captionlabs.in generates Hinglish, Hindi or English captions for your vertical videos and lets you style and export them. Transcription is automated and may contain mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing captions before publishing.
Pricing
Exports cost ₹29 each in India and $3 each internationally (Pro FX templates are ₹35 / $5). There is no subscription and no monthly commitment. You add funds to your wallet and each export deducts one export credit. International charges are settled in Indian Rupees by our payment processor at the rate shown in checkout. Prices may change for future purchases; your existing wallet balance is unaffected.
Wallet & promo codes
Wallet credit is non-transferable and has no cash value. Promo codes may carry usage limits and expiry dates and can be withdrawn at any time. Abuse of promo codes may result in the account being suspended.
Refunds
If an export fails for a technical reason on our side, contact us and we will restore the export credit. Successfully delivered exports are not refundable. Unused wallet balance can be refunded on request within 30 days of the top-up.
Acceptable use
You must own or have the rights to the videos you upload. Do not use Captionlabs.in for unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that break this rule.
Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 30 days.
